A Tapping Tag is a physical NFC and QR product that can open a web address on a compatible phone. For review use, that address can be the business review page selected during setup. The customer still chooses whether to open the page and whether to leave feedback.

Bring an NFC-compatible phone close to the marked tap area and follow the phone prompt, or open the phone camera and scan the printed QR code. Both routes are intended to open the configured destination. Device settings, browser behavior, and connectivity can affect the experience.

Tapping Tags products are sold as a one-off purchase. No subscription is required for the physical product.

Customers do not need a Tapping Tags app to tap or scan. They need a compatible phone and may need to meet the destination platform’s own browser or account requirements.

The products are designed so the associated destination can be configured. Follow the setup instructions supplied with the product and test both the NFC and QR routes after making a change.

Do not provide your Google password or customer login information to use the physical card. The destination platform controls its own sign-in requirements after a customer chooses to open the link.

No. A Tapping Tag makes a chosen page easier to reach, but it cannot guarantee that a customer will leave a review or that a review will have a particular rating. It also cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, or sales.

Invite customers consistently and ask for their honest experience. Do not offer incentives, request a particular rating, or ask only customers expected to be positive. Customers should always be free to decline.
