Every product on this page does the same job: a customer taps the NFC area, or scans the printed QR code, and their phone opens the review destination you configured for that product. The three formats below differ in how and where you place them, not in what they do.
Which format fits your counter, wall, or table
The tap-or-scan card is sized to hand across a counter, slip onto a receipt tray, or keep by the register. The acrylic tag with sticker mounts flat on a wall, door, or window where a customer can tap it on the way out. The acrylic stand sits upright on a counter or table, keeping the tap area in view without anyone having to hold it. All three carry a printed QR code as well, so a phone that cannot tap, or has NFC turned off, still reaches the same page by scanning.
