What changes in the handoff

A customer who wants to share feedback may otherwise need to search for a business, identify the correct listing, and locate its review control. An NFC card can open a selected web address after a close-range tap, while the printed QR code offers a scan route.

The card does not write a review, choose a rating, or submit anything. Its useful change is a shorter path from a completed interaction to the page where the customer decides whether to respond.

Make feedback easier, not louder

Place the card at a natural end point such as checkout, reception, collection, or a service handoff. Use a neutral invitation that explains the action without promising a result or asking for a particular rating.

A clear destination, readable label, and working tap and scan routes matter more than exaggerated claims. Test the prompt on supported phones before putting it into service.

Measure the right improvement

Judge the process by whether people can understand and reach the feedback page, not by whether every interaction produces a review. Timing, service quality, device settings, connectivity, and customer choice still shape the outcome.
