Use an NFC review card to give customers an immediate tap-or-scan route to a review page after service is complete.
Choose the review destination
Select the review page you want the card to open and program the NFC destination according to the product instructions. Check that the printed QR code points to the same intended page and that the page uses a secure address.
Test the tap and scan routes on more than one supported phone when possible. Repeat the check after changing a business profile, redirect, or destination URL.
Place the card at the right moment
Keep the card visible beside a payment terminal, reception counter, collection point, or another place where a completed interaction naturally slows down. Keep the tap target and QR code clear of metal, glare, tape, and competing signs.
A simple invitation such as tap here or scan the code is enough. Let customers use their own phone and decide whether to open the page.
Keep instant access voluntary
Instant access means the page is close at hand, not that a review is automatic. Do not ask only people expected to be positive, require a rating, offer an incentive, or pressure anyone to respond.
