Use NFC technology to make a genuine review invitation easier to reach while keeping collection voluntary and policy-aware.
Prepare the destination
Confirm that the chosen review platform permits the collection method. Program the intended destination, test the NFC tap and QR scan, and label the prompt so customers understand the action before opening the page.
Choose one neutral staff explanation and use it consistently. The card opens a page; it does not choose who reviews, what they write, or what rating they give.
Ask after service
Offer the prompt after the main interaction is complete and any immediate concern has been addressed. Let customers use their own phone, avoid standing over them, and accept that some people will not respond.
Never request a five-star score, supply review wording, exchange a discount or gift for a review, or send only likely-positive customers to a public review page.
Learn without gating
Read the feedback that arrives and look for themes that can improve the service. Do not divert unhappy customers to a private path while routing only happy customers to a public review site.
